Looking to hire an experienced TAB Engineer with knowledge:
On commercial Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems includes Air Handlers, Chiller Systems, Hot water Pumps and Cooling Tower using specialized testing equipment, software, and National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) procedures to achieve optimum performance of the building environmental equipment
Hydronic Systems to Profile Hot Water, Chiller and Condenser Water Pumps and balance the balance water flow on Heating and cooling machines to rated Gallon per Minute (GPM) using circuit setters.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in either of the following:

Responsibilities
Perform construction site inspections to examine the installation and construction of HVAC systems, reviews construction schedule and provides input regarding durations and activities, coordinate closely with other construction trades such as Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Automation Contractors, communicates with Client, and Commissioning personnel as required.
Troubleshoot Faulty systems on HVAC Equipment and recommend appropriate changes to mechanical contractor like changing sheaves sizes on motors, Redesigning ductworks to meet the project requirements.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor on site to meet client Heating and Comfort cooling temperatures in the offices, schools, Hotels etc.
Manage assigned projects to meet professional execution in a timely and cost-effective manner, Interface with Project manager on site to coordinate activities, report problems to make changes to meet project design requirements.
Maintain documentation of TAB work performed weekly and monthly to show conformity with system specifications and set up meetings with client to discuss progress on work.
Investigate system abnormalities and deficiencies on Variable Air Volume Systems, Fan Powered boxes, Fan Coil Units and Air Conditioner Units and Exhaust Systems to operate in effective manner, isolate and resolve system issues
Review blueprints, drawings, specifications, and other design documents for a wide variety of HVAC complex projects.
